Job summary

TRIDY HR Services is seeking an experienced AI & Data Specialist to lead design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-scale data and AI solutions within a cloud-first environment in Qatar. Ideal candidates will have strong expertise in data architecture, data engineering, AI/ML deployment, and OCI technologies to transform data into business value.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will design scalable data platforms, build robust pipelines, and deploy AI models in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in data architecture and data engineering.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Proven experience with cloud-native data and AI platforms.
• Strong knowledge of analytics, data warehousing, and large-scale data processing.
• Experience operating in enterprise-scale cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale data architectures and cloud-based data platforms.
• Develop and optimize scalable data pipelines and integration frameworks.
• Deploy and monitor AI and machine learning models in production.
• Utilize cloud-native services to support advanced analytics, AI, and BI initiatives.
• Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and high performance of data platforms.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement data governance, quality, and compliance across data ecosystems.
• Document architectures and implementation standards.
• Stay current with emerging AI, cloud computing, and data engineering technologies.
