Descon seeks a Civil Supervisor for immediate deployment at Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar. The role focuses on Brownfield EPC retrofit/modification projects within Oil & Gas facilities, requiring strong HSE adherence and coordination across construction, engineering, QA/QC, and client teams.

Candidates should have a civil engineering qualification and 8-10 years in oil & gas, with GCC/Qatar experience considered an advantage and readiness to mobilize promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
• Proven Brownfield EPC retrofit/modification project experience.
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements in live facilities.
• Ability to coordinate with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC and Client reps.
• GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage.
• Available for immediate mobilization.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and HSE.
• Coordinate site activities to meet schedules and milestones.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, and resources effectively.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with permit-to-work procedures in operational facilities.

Civil Supervisor (Brownfield EPC Retrofit Projects) | RLIC, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor for an immediate deployment at Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC), Qatar. The successful candidate must possess strong experience in Brownfield EPC retrofit, modification, and revamp projects within Oil & Gas facilities.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience
• Proven experience in Brownfield EPC retrofit/modification projects within operating plants
• Strong understanding of HSE requirements in live operating facilities
• Ability to coordinate with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, and Client representatives
• GCC/Qatar experience will be an added advantage
• Available for immediate mobilization

Experience supervising civil construction activities including:

• Foundations & Concrete Works
• Equipment Foundations
• Underground Utilities & Drainage
• Roads, Paving & Infrastructure Works

Responsibilities:
