Job summary

Lanco Group is seeking a Civil Site Engineer (Substation) for a 6-month oil & gas substation/NGL project in MIC, Qatar. Immediate start with an extendable duration is expected. 220 kV+ substations experience and strong site execution skills are essential.

Required 8–10 years of Civil Site Engineer experience, Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, and ability to join immediately with valid QID. The role is based on site in Qatar and offers a blend of earthworks, concrete, structural and finishing

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Hands-on experience with 220 kV and above substation projects executed for Kahramaa utilities, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
• Experience on Oil & Gas, substation, or NGL projects preferred.
• Basic understanding of Oil & Gas project standards and site execution procedures.
• Familiar with civil construction activities — earthworks, concrete, structural, and finishing works on industrial sites.
• Immediate joiners with a valid QID only will be considered.
