The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Chemistry and at least three years of teaching experience in an English-speaking higher education setting, with strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry or closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching in a higher education English-speaking institution, focusing on chemistry lab courses.
• Strong knowledge of chemistry principles, lab safety, and handling of chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and test chemistry laboratory experiments ensuring equipment and materials are ready.
• Ensure student safety and adherence to lab procedures during experiments.
• Instruct students on techniques, theory, and safety; guide data collection and analysis.
• Evaluate laboratory reports and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, organized lab environment and manage inventories and scheduling.
