Job summary

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement in the manufacturing plant.
Develop new processes or modify existing ones to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and safety to ensure successful implementation of new processes.
Use mathematical modeling and simulation software to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes.
Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records of process data and provide reports on performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in process technology.
