Job Summary

We are currently looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team in a fast-paced, creative environment. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to create delicious meals for guests at our restaurant, while also helping to keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. The salary for this position is 1700 QAR per month and we are willing to consider applications from immigrants.

Requirements for the Candidate

The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and excellent culinary skills. They should be organized, efficient, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to handle multiple tasks are also essential attributes. A minimum of 1 year experience working as a chef is preferred but we are willing to consider applicants with no experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Chef's primary responsibility is creating delicious meals that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. They will be responsible for developing recipes, ordering ingredients, preparing food items following health codes, managing kitchen staff, keeping accurate records of food costs and production levels, ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen area at all times, maintaining accurate inventory records of food items, and building relationships with suppliers in order to secure fresh quality ingredients at competitive prices. Additionally they will be expected to provide leadership within the kitchen team by training staff members in preparation methods as well as providing tips on food presentation techniques.
