Job summary

Avanta Works in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team. You will be responsible for creating delicious dishes while strictly following health and safety regulations.

The position offers a competitive salary of 1800 QAR per month, and we are open to considering an immigrant for the role. Responsibilities include preparing meals to established standards, monitoring supplies, and guiding kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar setting
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines as set by the Qatar government
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards while meeting deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals in accordance with established standards
• Ensure that food is cooked to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Monitor food supplies and place orders when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area always
• Adhere strictly to health & safety regulations at all times
• Provide direction to kitchen staff on specific tasks assigned by the head chef
