Job summary

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa in Doha is seeking a Chef de Partie in pastry to join our luxury hotel kitchen. You will assist in supervising pastry operations and ensure all desserts, pastries, and baked goods are prepared and plated to the hotel’s exacting standards.

The role requires similar experience in a luxury hotel or resort, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking. We offer competitive salary and benefits.

Your Day to Day

As a Chef de Partie, you will assist in supervising the pastry operations to ensure that all desserts, pastries, and baked goods are prepared and presented according to pre-determined methods of preparation and plating instructions, as per the hotel standards.
