Job summary

Snoonu seeks a driven Category Manager for Home and Pet products in Qatar. You will own performance, availability, and profitability for your category, collaborating with Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing to ensure the right products at the right time and price.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Category Management, Retail, FMCG, or E‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of category and customer purchase behavior.
• Experience analyzing commercial performance using Excel and BI tools.
• Knowledge of merchandising, promotions, assortment planning, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day performance of the category to achieve targets.
• Optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory with merchants.
• Identify growth opportunities across segments within the category.
• Execute in‑app campaigns and merchandising plans aligned with the commercial calendar.

Snoonu is seeking a highly driven and analytical Category Manager to lead our Home and Pet products. This role is critical in shaping our assortment, improving profitability, and enhancing the customer experience across our dark store network. As a Category Manager, you will take full ownership of the performance, availability, and commercial success of your category, working closely with cross‑functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing to ensure the right products are available at the right time and price.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

Commercial Performance & Assortment

• Manage day‑to‑day performance of the category to achieve commercial targets.
• Optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory in collaboration with merchants.
• Identify growth opportunities across different segments within the category.

Campaign Readiness & Merchandising

• Execute in‑app campaigns and merchandising plans aligned with the commercial calendar.
• Optimize category pages, product lists, banners, and search to improve customer engagement and conversion.
• Partner with Marketing, CRM, Content, and Operations to ensure successful campaign execution.

Merchant and Supplier Portfolio Management & Operations

• Build strong relationships with partners and suppliers.
• Monitor stock availability, pricing accuracy, and catalog quality.
• Support onboarding of new partners and merchants and product assortment expansion.

Data & Category Optimization

• Track category performance through dashboards and reporting.
• Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve sales and conversion.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives and continuous process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Category Management, Retail, FMCG, or E‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of the category and customer purchase behavior is preferred.
