Snoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App, reinventing daily life with blazing-fast delivery, shopping, and more – all in one place. We seek a strategic Product Manager to lead key initiatives, balancing innovation with practical execution to meet current market needs and anticipate future trends.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and operations, prioritizing the backlog, and driving data-driven decisions with KPIs while communicating progress

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent.
• Strong Agile/Scrum background and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in user research, surveys, and interviews.
• Ability to work in dynamic, non-structured environments and manage crises.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance, or Marketing; fluent in English.

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s business goals and market opportunities.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring the delivery of innovative and market‑leading features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all phases of product development.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and new features.
• Utilize A/B testing, user research, and market analysis to gather insights, validate concepts, and continuously improve the product offering.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and make data‑driven decisions for future iterations.
• Serve as a key communicator, articulating the product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

• Experience: 5+ years in product management or equivalent experience.
• Agile Expertise: Strong background in Agile management practices and Scrum methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• User Research Skills: Proficient in basic user research skills, creating surveys, and conducting user interviews.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic, non‑structured environments and capable of managing crises effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
• Problem‑Solving: Strong problem‑solving aptitude and a strategic mindset.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential.
