Position Overview: Qatar Airways is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Lead Planning Analyst to join its Cabin Services division in Doha. The role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, business planning, and decision-making across the airline's cabin services. This position involves developing advanced data models, Power BI dashboards, and predictive analytics tools to guide strategic and tactical business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to analyze processes, identify requirements, and design data-driven solutions for performance improvement.
• Develop and automate data preparation workflows using tools such as Alteryx or equivalent platforms.
• Build predictive and prescriptive analytics models using advanced ML and AI techniques to support strategic decision-making.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations to present insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Authenticate and validate all analytical outputs, reports, and financial data related to the Cabin Services division.
• Prepare master reports, business cases, and performance evaluations aligned with departmental goals.
• Supervise junior analysts and provide mentorship in data handling, visualization, and reporting standards.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, data integrity, and quality assurance processes.

Ideal Profile
