Job summary

ATEXIS, an ALTEN company, is seeking an Engineering Focal Point and Operational Advisor in Doha, Qatar to support cabin and seats systems design. You will conduct seat-related surveys, provide technical assistance, and lead training and service activities with the Customer.

The role requires experience in aviation seats, English proficiency, and desirable Arabic language knowledge. This is a full-time, long-term contract starting in November 2026, based in Doha with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation seats and related systems.
• English proficiency required; Arabic desirable.
• Customer-focused problem solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, workshop and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform cabin survey to identify defects related to aircraft seats.
• Provide technical assistance and oversee repair/refurbishment procedures.
• Deliver On-Job Trainings to Customer technicians on troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Monitor and report on spare parts usage and inventory for seats.
• Attend meetings with Customer departments to identify and follow up on issues.
• Support commercial activities by promoting seat support services and spares.
