Job summary

Avanta Works in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Engineer to design, develop, and test aircraft and spacecraft systems in a full-time role with accommodation provided.

The successful candidate will work on propulsion, flight control, and communications systems, conduct research, create construction plans, and test prototypes to meet safety and performance standards while collaborating with engineers and technicians across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace engineering.
• Strong knowledge of aerodynamics, structures, materials, propulsion systems, and flight mechanics.
• Experience with CAD software for design and modeling.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with team members from different backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop aircraft and spacecraft systems, including propulsion systems, flight control systems, and communication systems
• Conduct research to improve existing systems and develop new technologies
• Create detailed plans for the construction of aircraft or spacecraft components
• Test prototypes to ensure they meet safety and performance standards
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during testing or production
