Job summary

CARE N CURE GROUPS in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a site supervisor to oversee day-to-day civil works including foundations, piers, abutments, and superstructures in line with drawings and specs. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, surveyors, lab teams and other site personnel, monitor quality, safety, and progress, and prepare daily reports to support on-time project completion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day execution of bridge foundations, piers, abutments, and superstructure works.
• Monitor concreting, shuttering, reinforcement, piling, and other civil construction activities.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, surveyors, laboratory teams, and other site personnel.
• Verify site measurements, quantities, BOQ items, and work completed by contractors.
• Monitor material usage, workmanship, quality standards, and construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project quality requirements.
• Review drawings and coordinate with the project team to resolve site-level technical issues.
• Track daily work progress and prepare daily site reports and relevant documentation.
• Monitor project schedules and support timely completion of assigned works.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality checks with consultants and laboratory teams.
• Identify site issues, delays, and deviations and report them to the Project Manager/concerned authority.
• Maintain proper records of measurements, drawings, inspection reports, and other site documents.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
