Job summary

W Hotels is seeking a Content Creator to produce high-quality photo and video content that aligns with our luxury brand. You will conceptualize, shoot, and edit assets for digital campaigns, social media, and promotional material, collaborating closely with the Marketing team.

The role reports to the Director of Marketing and requires strong storytelling, technical skills, and the ability to maintain brand standards across all outputs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Photography, Film Production, Media Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional photography and videography experience, preferably in marketing or commercial settings.
• Experience directing photoshoots and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Commitment to brand standards and high visual quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-resolution photographs and video content for campaigns and events.
• Direct and manage photoshoots, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing to understand briefs and timelines; coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain a digital asset library and ensure assets are optimized for web and print.
• Stay updated on photography trends and propose innovative content ideas.
