Job summary

PromoQ is seeking a creative Content Creator to develop, shoot, and edit high-quality visual content across multiple brands. The role emphasizes short-form video for social media, with a focus on food, hospitality, and lifestyle content, using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate production.

You will concept, shoot, edit, color grade, and deliver assets that capture brand identity, showcase products and experiences, and drive engagement across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional content creation, videography, photography or related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video-first content, especially short-form for social platforms.
• Hands-on camera experience with composition, lighting, and framing.
• Strong video editing skills with pacing, transitions, music, sound, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of color correction and color grading.
• Experience creating motion graphics or visual effects is a plus.
• Understanding of current short-form content formats and trends.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver engaging short-form video content for social platforms.
• Create trend-aware content while maintaining brand consistency across brands.
• Produce high-quality food, restaurant, lifestyle, and promotional content.
• Manage content production from concept to delivery, including direction, planning, filming, editing, and sound design.
• Operate cameras and photography equipment with solid composition and lighting.
• Edit video with motion graphics, transitions, visuals, typography, and sound design.
• Apply color correction and color grading for consistency across shoots.
• Leverage AI image/video tools to develop concepts and assets.
• Stay updated on TikTok/Instagram formats and creative workflows.
• Develop multiple variations from a single shoot to maximize asset lifespan.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and restaurant teams to align with promotions.
• Maintain organized project files and reusable assets.
• Adapt content quickly in response to changing priorities.
