Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a BIM Modeler (Architectural + Structural) for an airport project at HIA in Qatar. You will develop architectural and structural BIM models, coordinate with MEP teams, and ensure accurate project representation across disciplines.

The role requires strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and BIM standards, with hands-on updating of models to reflect site modifications and design changes while maintaining documentation for design teams and project

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Architectural/Structural BIM experience.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
• Experience coordinating with MEP disciplines.
• Ability to update BIM models based on site modifications and design changes.

Responsibilities

• Create BIM models for architectural and structural components.
• Coordinate models with other trades and resolve clashes.
• Update models based on site modifications and design changes.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, codes, and project specs.
• Maintain documentation and support design teams.
