Chalhoub Group is seeking a Beauty Consultant in Qatar to deliver exceptional customer service, advise on skincare, makeup and fragrance products, and drive sales at the counter. You will maintain counter presentation, support stock replenishment, and participate in launches and promotions to maximize sell-out.

The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent grooming, and fluent English. Previous beauty industry experience is essential to excel in this position.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry.
• Proven experience across skincare, makeup and fragrance categories.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer service and use appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets.
• Maintain counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, new launches, promotions and merchandising.
• Advise customers on product ranges, demonstrate usage and benefits, and build customer loyalty.
• Generate sales and track post-launch results at store level.
