Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare or similar sales environment.
• Strong selling, upselling and cross-selling skills.
• Good knowledge of daily retail operations and stock management.
• Experience in cashiering and POS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in professional email communication and basic computer applications.
• Strong customer service and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
• Well-organized, proactive, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver strong customer service, welcome customers, understand needs, recommend beauty products, and meet store targets.
• Demonstrate deep beauty product knowledge across skincare and cosmetics and explain product benefits.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations, maintain standards, and follow policies.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with orders, receive deliveries, and replenish inventory.
• Process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and maintain cash controls.
• Manage professional email correspondence with customers, management, and teams.
• Keep displays attractive, organize shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Build customer relationships, provide after-sales service, encourage repeat business.
• Support daily sales reporting, stock documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals.
