Job summary

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North in Qatar is seeking a bartender to prepare and serve drinks, engage with guests, and ensure an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You will craft cocktails, interact with guests, maintain bar cleanliness, manage inventory, and collaborate with the team during events.

Experience preferred; must be able to stand long hours and lift items. Join our luxury resort team and contribute to memorable visits while upholding health and safety

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking as needed and informing management of shortages.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and assist with other duties as needed, such as serving food or assisting with special events.
