Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Doha is seeking an experienced Barista to craft beverages and deliver personalized service in a luxury setting. The role requires a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail to satisfy guest preferences.

You will join a team in a premier resort, contributing to exceptional guest experiences across our cafes and outlets with a focus on quality and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree holder, preferably in hotel and restaurant management.
• 2–4 years of experience in Restaurant and Bar.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Excellent listening and communication skills to interact with coworkers and customers.
• Basic coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common beverages; additional roasting/grinding knowledge is helpful.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact positively and resolve conflicts.
• Strong teamwork to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with other baristas.
• Attention to detail to manage specific customer requests and a high-volume beverage line with minimal errors.
• Time management and organizational skills to work efficiently in a busy setting.

About The Role

The Barista provide expert knowledge of coffees and pastries. They create and serve hot or cold beverages, often tailored to the guest's preferences. We are looking for a candidate who has can-do attitude and interpersonal skills, who has an eye for details and experience with similar Luxury setting.

What You Will Do

• Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and customers
• Basic coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common coffee beverages, although advanced knowledge, such as roasting and grinding processes, coffee bean sourcing and flavor differences, can be helpful
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact in a positive manner and prevent or resolve conflicts
• Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with other Baristas
• Attention to detail to manage specific customer requests as well as a high-volume beverage assembly line with minimal errors
• Time management and organizational skills to work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume workplace

What You Bring

• Degree Holder, preferably in hotel and restaurant management
• 2-4 years of experience in Restaurant and Bar
• Excellent command of English, Arabic is an advantage
