Job summary

Rosewood Doha seeks a Beverage Manager to lead the bar operations, ensure brand standards, and coach the team in guest service excellence across the property. Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of the brand promise and Rosewood standards; coach associates in guest service skills.
• Manage beverage cost to align with budget; ensure pricing guidance from F&B controller is followed.
• Ensure bar efficiency with correct stock levels across front and back of house.
• Communicate performance of the business and identify opportunities for support.
• Monitor schedules, manpower/productivity, and monthly team meetings; run department reports.
