Qualifications

• Proven experience as a baker in bakery or restaurant kitchen.
• Familiarity with all baking aspects: dough mixing, shaping, baking times/temperatures, decorating.
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction.
• Visa sponsorship available for Pakistani nationals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and follow recipes to bake breads, pastries and other baked goods.
• Mix dough, shape dough and bake in ovens.
• Decorate and present baked goods according to bakery standards.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed for different products.
• Maintain inventory of baking supplies and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize work area and equipment regularly.
• Communicate with customers to take orders or answer questions about products.
