Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in aviation, MRO, CAMO, or technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives for Safety Management System processes.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize safety workflows.
• Conduct value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective improvements.
