Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an experienced Aircraft Painter to join its aviation maintenance team in Doha. You will prepare and paint aircraft surfaces to meet high industry standards, following blueprints and manufacturer specifications.

The role emphasizes surface preparation, priming, base coats and topcoats, plus meticulous inspection of finish quality. You will work with other technicians to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience as aircraft painter or related role (e.g., automotive/industrial painting).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft surfaces for painting by cleaning, masking, and sanding.
• Apply primers, base coats, and topcoats per standards and manufacturer specs.
• Use spray equipment to apply paint evenly.
• Follow blueprints to create custom designs or lettering.
• Inspect painted surfaces for proper thickness, gloss, and color uniformity.
• Repair and touch up paint as needed for regulatory and aesthetic standards.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools.
• Comply with safety regulations and protective gear.
