Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in automotive paint shop.
• Formal training in car body painting and refinishing is a plus.
• Comfortable with modern paint shop tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare damaged vehicle surfaces by applying body filler, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint to vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
• Polish, rub and refinish to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Ensure all paint work meets quality and workmanship standards.
• Operate spray guns, booths and related equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Follow health, safety and environmental procedures including PPE.
• Participate in team meetings, safety training and assessments.
