Job summary

QC+ is seeking a Gallery Associate to support daily operations, sales efforts, artist relations, and administrative tasks in Doha. The role is client-facing with strong emphasis on organization, communication, and professional presentation aligned with the gallery’s brand.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing CRM and invoicing, coordinating artwork logistics, assisting with exhibitions, and supporting marketing and events while maintaining high standards of client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Fine Arts, Arts Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a commercial gallery, luxury retail, art advisory, or similar setting preferred.
• Evenings and weekends availability for exhibitions and openings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and cultivate long-term collector relationships in Doha and globally.
• Greet and assist collectors, designers, and walk-in visitors with professional engagement.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare invoices and related sales documentation.
• Coordinate shipping, framing, and installation logistics for artworks.
• Support exhibitions, inventory control, and merchandising presentation.
• Assist with marketing, social media scheduling, and website updates.
• Coordinate communications between artists, vendors, and gallery staff.
