Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums (print, digital, etc.).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and requirements
• Develop creative concepts and present them to clients for approval
• Oversee all aspects of design including layout, color scheme, typography, and overall visual aesthetic
• Manage a team of designers and provide guidance and feedback on their work
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs
