Job summary

ConFlip in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, is seeking an Art Director - Creative Content Specialist who is fluent in English to join our team. Fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience are welcome; accommodation is not provided, and applicants should be based in Al-Rayyan or willing to relocate.

You will develop concepts for print, digital, and social media, collaborate with the marketing team to meet project objectives, create high‑quality visuals, and ensure brand consistency while tracking

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or marketing department.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, layout, etc.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Prior experience working on English speaking markets is a plus

Responsibilities

• Developing creative concepts and designs for print, digital, and social media platforms
• Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project objectives and provide design solutions that meet their needs
• Creating high-quality visual content including graphics, illustrations, layouts, etc.
• Ensuring all designs are in line with brand guidelines and standards
• Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating them into design work
