This role requires a strong understanding of design principles and trends, as well as the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the overall creative direction for projects
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to create cohesive visual concepts
• Ensure that all designs are high-quality, on-brand, and meet project objectives
• Provide guidance and feedback to designers to ensure consistent quality across all projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design work
• Present creative concepts and designs to clients or stakeholders as needed
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in an art director or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various mediums (print, digital, etc.)
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Urdu is a plus)
• Able to work full time in Al-Khor, Qatar (remote work may be considered)
