We are specifically looking for a Malayalee candidate who is passionate about their craft and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop creative visual concepts for various projects, including advertisements, marketing materials, and branding campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual designs that meet their needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers to ensure all work is completed on time and meets our standards of excellence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into our designs to keep our work fresh and innovative.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar position within the creative industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative designs across various mediums.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and collaborate with internal teams.
