Job summary

Work corp in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar seeks an experienced Art Director to lead visual strategy and production on contract. The ideal candidate speaks fluent Malayalee and will guide designers, photographers, and videographers to deliver high-quality art direction.

You will oversee concept development, shooting direction, and timely delivery across multiple projects, staying ahead of industry trends and driving creative excellence on a demanding schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent Malayalee speaker with strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and motivate team members.
• Biometric passport is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all visual aspects of projects.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and designs.
• Direct photo and video shoots, ensuring final product meets standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into work.
• Provide guidance and feedback to designers, photographers, and other team members.
