Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a Junior Digital Designer in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will support the Senior Digital Designer to craft visually appealing designs for websites, apps, and social media while ensuring brand consistency.

Ideal candidates have a design degree, 1–2 years of digital design experience, and a solid portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a keen eye for UI/UX are essential. This full-time role includes accommodation and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Digital Designer to produce high-quality designs for digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, social media graphics.
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all designs.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into design concepts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to generate new ideas.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery.
• Edit and retouch images as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design tools and techniques.
