Job summary

BSL seeks a Training Instructor – Armament to prepare and deliver Typhoon Type training, combine theory with hands-on sessions, and assess trainee performance within the Qatar Typhoon Training Facility. You will support the Training Cell in developing Squadron competencies and ensure safety and data accuracy throughout the training cycle.

Qualifications

• Formal Training qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g. Level 3 Award in Education & Training, Level 4/5 Diploma).
• Minimum recognised NVQ3/ONC level in a relevant aircraft maintenance discipline or suitable equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver allocated courses according to the syllabus and TMIS schedule.
• Invigilate and mark examinations and assessments.
• Continuously assess and report trainee progress.
• Develop and maintain the competencies of Squadron personnel as specified in Job Specifications.
• Ensure PPE usage and safety procedures during practical training.
