York Towers, part of York Holding Group, is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to guide local and international clients through profitable Georgian investment opportunities. The role emphasizes investment advisory, market intelligence, and strong client relationships.

Based in Doha, you will manage the full sales cycle, present financially grounded proposals, and ensure compliance with cross-border protocols while delivering exceptional service in a dynamic luxury real estate market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in direct sales or client advisory, preferably real estate or financial services.
• Ability to explain ROI, NPV, IRR to clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive presentations.
• Native Arabic is a must; English proficiency is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and investment needs assessment to property presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual KPIs covering deal closures, sales volume, and client acquisition.
• Deliver financially grounded investment proposals with ROI, IRR, NPV, and capital appreciation projections.
• Handle investor objections relating to market risk and returns.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise on York Towers' project portfolio and Georgian market trends.
• Ensure rigorous CRM data entry and documentation of all client interactions and sales activities.
• Adhere to cross-border transaction protocols and applicable legal and compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback sessions.
