Job summary

Boeing Global Service seeks an Apache Mechanical Technician Avionics to join the QAF AH-64E Maintenance Augmentation Team at Al Udeid, Qatar. The role focuses on electrical avionics, armament, and fire control systems with 100% onsite duty.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs, weapon system configuration, and on-the-job coaching for QAF personnel, with travel as needed to support operations and inspections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AH-64D/E electrical avionics experience.
• 3+ years with ULLS-A(E) or similar aviation maintenance system.
• Completed and be qualified by the appropriate US Government armatics/ASE course or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AH-64E electrical avionics and ASE systems per manuals.
• Diagnose and repair avionics/electrical faults on the aircraft.
• Perform weapon system loading/unloading and subsystem configurations.
• Use precision tools, alignment fixtures, and AGSE/PGSE equipment.
• Provide OJT coaching to QAF personnel on applicable manuals and tools.
• Coordinate training and travel as required; assist in inspections prep.
