Job summary

Boeing is seeking an Experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to support the AH-64 business at Al Udeid AB, Qatar. The role focuses on analyzing non-conformances, validating quality procedures, and performing root-cause analysis to drive corrective actions.

Candidates should have extensive experience in aviation QA and be able to work variable shifts. This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance and relocation eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft operations, maintenance or training related to aircraft operations and/or maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and validates product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements.
• Performs root cause analysis to identify the cause and prevent recurrence.
• Develops and documents corrective/preventive actions and ensures completion.
• Guides validation of configuration management, quality procedures and material review policies.
