Job summary

Boeing is seeking an Experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to support the AH-64 program at Al Udeid AB, Qatar. You will review non-conformances, perform root cause analyses, and ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements, while mentoring colleagues and coordinating corrective actions. This international, locally hired role requires the ability to obtain a U.S.

security clearance. Relocation and visa sponsorship are available, with possible shift work, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aircraft operations, maintenance or training related to aircraft operations/maintenance.
• 5+ years of quality or inspection experience on military aircraft.
• 3+ years in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Willingness to work variable shifts, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate non-conformances, disposition types, quality procedures and engineering requirements.
• Perform analysis to evaluate product quality against QMS and government regulations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Train and mentor staff on Quality Management System practices.
