Job summary

Mace in Doha is leading a major aviation programme and seeks an experienced project manager to deliver complex airport infrastructure and operational projects, ensuring planning, stakeholder management, risk and governance.

The role requires aviation sector background, live airport environment experience, and the ability to maintain operational continuity while adhering to aviation standards.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in engineering, construction management, project management or related discipline.
• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent.
• Minimum 10-15 years of project management experience.
• Demonstrable experience delivering projects within the aviation sector.
• Experience on airport terminal, airside, landside, baggage handling, or related aviation projects.

Responsibilities

• Champion Safety First, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and a positive safety culture.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, maintain quality systems and support senior leaders to milestones.
• Oversee budgets, risks and ethical governance for long-term sustainability.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive reports, manage governance and performance reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered with minimal impact to airport operations.
