Job summary

Qatar Airways is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Driver to operate QDF Heavy Trucks, transporting stock and materials between QDF locations and the Air Cargo complex. The role involves loading/unloading, maintaining safety, and ensuring timely deliveries in a dynamic airport environment.

Applicants should hold a valid Heavy/Medium Truck license, be able to read and understand English, and be prepared to complete the AVOP course within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Valid Heavy/Medium Truck driving license.
• Able to read, write and understand English instructions.
• May be required to pass AVOP course within 3 months of joining.
• Understand and follow safety guidelines.
• Lift/move goods up to 75 kg and operate pallet handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive QDF Heavy Trucks to transport stock and materials between QDF locations and Air Cargo complex.
• Load and unload items using tail lifts and pallet lifters with care.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report incidents promptly.
• Ensure timely deliveries and safe operation in airport environment.
