Job summary

BSL is seeking an IMS Maintenance Support Engineer to support Maintenance Tasking & Verification for aircraft fleets. The role emphasizes data integrity, Lean principles, and clear communication to deliver efficient maintenance planning and SoW accuracy.

You will collaborate with Fleet Planning, Technical Services, and third-party suppliers to ensure continuing airworthiness and contract delivery, while adhering to regulatory and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ3/ONC or Part 66 A qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in Maintenance & Support environment including fleet maintenance.
• Understanding of reliability programmes and fleet maintenance impact.
• Knowledge of data integrity in fleet planning and maintenance tasking.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance tasks per Tactical Fleet plan and SoW creation.
• Develop and maintain work packages with instructions and resource needs.
• Plan emergent work to balance workload against schedule.
