Job summary
Snoonu is seeking an AI Logistics & BI Specialist in Qatar to unite AI, BI, and data analytics for optimized logistics and data-informed decisions. You will build dashboards, automate reports, and partner with Operations, Product, Technology, and Supply/Commercial teams to drive efficiency and performance.
You will apply predictive analytics, explore AI tools, and translate complex data into clear business recommendations for leadership and staff across functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in BI, Data Analytics, AI, Operations Analytics, Logistics Analytics, or similar role.
- Proven experience with BI and data visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent.

Join Snoonu as an AI Logistics & BI Specialist, where you will combine Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, and data analytics to optimize logistics operations and drive data-informed decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-powered solutions, automate operational reporting, build insightful dashboards, and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, improve productivity, and drive overall business performance.
- Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions and automation initiatives to optimize logistics processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that deliver actionable insights to operational teams and leadership.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Supply, Fleet, and Commercial teams to define reporting requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Leverage AI tools and predictive analytics to support demand forecasting, capacity planning, route optimization, and operational decision-making.
- Automate recurring reports and manual workflows using AI tools and Business Intelligence platforms to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor operational KPIs, identify performance deviations, and recommend data-backed actions to mitigate risks and improve business outcomes.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, consistency, and reliability of operational data across reporting systems and BI solutions.
- Support AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives by providing analytical expertise, operational insights, and performance measurement.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations through analytical reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, BI tools, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with Snoonu’s data governance, data security, and reporting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, AI, Operations Analytics, Logistics Analytics, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with BI and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent tools.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis techniques, with the ability to transform complex operational data into actionable business insights.
- Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, predictive analytics, and workflow automation, with the ability to apply these technologies to improve business performance.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends, investigate performance gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
