Job summary

Snoonu is seeking an AI Logistics & BI Specialist in Doha to optimize logistics with AI-powered analytics. You will build dashboards, automate reporting, and collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, and Supply teams to drive data-driven decisions based on operational data.

The role focuses on forecasting, capacity planning, route optimization, and improving efficiency through BI and AI tools, with strong emphasis on data integrity and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends and gaps.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-powered solutions, automate operational reporting, build insightful dashboards, and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, improve productivity, and drive overall business performance.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions and automation initiatives to optimize logistics processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that deliver actionable insights to operational teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Supply, Fleet, and Commercial teams to define reporting requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
• Leverage AI tools and predictive analytics to support demand forecasting, capacity planning, route optimization, and operational decision-making.
• Automate recurring reports and manual workflows using AI tools and Business Intelligence platforms to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Monitor operational KPIs, identify performance deviations, and recommend data-backed actions to mitigate risks and improve business outcomes.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, consistency, and reliability of operational data across reporting systems and BI solutions.
• Support AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives by providing analytical expertise, operational insights, and performance measurement.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations through analytical reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, BI tools, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with Snoonu’s data governance, data security, and reporting standards.

The Magic You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, AI, Operations Analytics, Logistics Analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with BI and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent tools.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis techniques, with the ability to transform complex operational data into actionable business insights.
• Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, predictive analytics, and workflow automation, with the ability to apply these technologies to improve business performance.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends, investigate performance gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
