Job summary

Cognition is an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents. We deploy Devin and Windsurf to help engineers be more productive by enabling real-world production use.

You will work directly with engineers, understand workflows, and drive adoption through demos, pilots, and integrations. You will own the customer lifecycle from deployment to activation, collaborate with customers to identify high-impact use cases, and build strong relationships with their engineering teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
• Proven track record of exceptional performance in any pursue (academic, athletic, professional, or entrepreneurial).
• Self-directed by default; you don’t need a manager to tell you what to do next or how to prioritize.
• Strong communication skills; able to engage with senior engineers and executives alike.
• Willingness to travel across MENA – 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle—from deployment through activation, ensuring customers are successful with Devin.
• Work with customers to understand challenges and identify the best use cases for Devin/Windsurf.
• Build deep relationships with customers’ engineering teams for smooth product integration and adoption.
• Gather feedback and advocate for customer needs with the team.
• Help set the roadmap based on product instincts and customer input.
