Job summary

Mövenpick Hotel Doha is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team in Doha, Qatar. You will manage the hotel’s receivables, ensure accurate billing, and support overall financial operations.

Responsibilities include issuing invoices, following up on payments, recording transactions, reconciling AR ledgers, and assisting with month-end closing. Experience in hospitality is preferred; English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role, preferable in hospitality or service industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Fluency in English is required

• Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.
• Support audits by providing necessary information and reports.
• Assist in implementing and improving accounts receivable processes and internal controls.
