Job summary

SPIEgroup is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Mesaieed, Qatar to manage vendor invoices through SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba. The role includes reviewing, processing, and reconciling invoices, ensuring compliance, and providing audit support.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, has 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable, and proficiency in SAP systems. Attractive daily rates and expat accommodation are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
• Hands-on experience processing invoices in SAP S/4HANA FI and SAP Ariba.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process vendor invoices through SAP Ariba and SAP FI.
• Verify invoice details against purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with stakeholders.
