Job summary

Salzburg Trading, Contracting and Services is seeking an experienced accounting/finance professional in Qatar to prepare financial statements and manage payroll. The role requires strong QuickBooks and Excel skills, plus 3–5 years of relevant experience. A CPA/CMA is advantageous.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor of Commerce or related degree, with GCC/Indian/Sri Lankan nationality favored. Master’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce or related degree.
• Minimum 3–5 years in accounting/finance in a corporate setting.
• Experience with QuickBooks is essential; Excel for data analysis.
• Professional certification (CPA/CMA) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in line with standards and regulations.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliations and correct discrepancies.
• Analyze financial data for trends, variances and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage payroll processes with timely salary disbursement and tax compliance.
• Record inter-company transactions.
