Job summary

MUQAWLAT KUWAIT in Doha is seeking an experienced Accountant to handle financial reporting and compliance. The role involves preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements and managing accounts payable and receivable processes.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is essential, preferably with knowledge of the Qatari finance environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements IFRS compliant.
• Manage general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing and statutory requirements
• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes
