Job summary

SFAI QATAR -Santa Fe Associates in Doha, Qatar seeks a senior accounting professional with 7+ years in inventory or fixed-asset environments. The role requires ERP experience (Oracle, SAP) and strong proficiency in Oracle EBS GL, IFRS/GAAP, and MS Office.

Candidates should demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to present procedures to clients, and excellent planning and organizational capabilities. Arabic fluency and a valid Qatar driving license are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High-volume inventory or fixed-asset experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) for at least 5 years.
• Experience closing books in General Ledger using Oracle EBS.
• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adequate presentation skills to educate clients on procedures.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic language.
• Valid Qatar driving license.

Job description

Minimum 7 years of similar role experience Requirement:

• Proven experience within a high volume of Inventory or Fixed Asset environment
• Experience with recognized ERP system like Oracle, SAP, etc. for a minimum of 5years.
• Proven experience of closing of books of accounts in General Ledger Oracle EBS.
• Experience in working with internationally accepted accounting principles
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• High Level of analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adequate presentation skills for educating clients on procedures to be followed
• Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
• Knowledge of Arabic Language is must.
• Qatar Driving license is a must.
