Inetum is seeking a Windows SysAdmin to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Workplace environments, ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of endpoints and related services. Key Responsibilities Administer and troubleshoot complex Windows and macOS workplace environments. Design and implement Endpoint Management solutions.

Automate operational tasks and processes using PowerShell. Manage and optimise security and compliance policies.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Workplace/Endpoint Management environments.
• Experience providing Support in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.

Job Description

As a Windows SysAdmin, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of Workplace environments, ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of endpoints and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot complex Windows and macOS workplace environments
• Design and implement Endpoint Management solutions
• Automate operational tasks and processes using PowerShell
• Manage and optimise security and compliance policies
• Provide advanced L3 support and resolve complex incidents
• Participate in workplace transformation and migration initiatives
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Provide technical guidance and support to L1 and L2 teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of workplace services and user experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 4years of experience in Workplace/Endpoint Management environments.
• Proven experience providing Support in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and GPOs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience supporting workplace transformation and migration initiatives.
• French is a plus
